the service disappointed me for this kind of hotel. i was ignored by the receptionist for a good five minutes. she couldn't figure out her computer, and another was on the phone. it would have been nice if they had acknowledged me with a smile.

the hotel restaurants were great. (i liked the variety of options.)
i was disappointed by the absence of a mini-fridge in the room. there wasn't even a small bottled water provided. i also found the lack of a robe and slippers surprising for a hotel of this caliber.

the location of the hotel is convenient, especially with its easy access to the airport terminals.
I found the cleanliness of the room lacking. There was a small rubber cap on the floor. the bedside table also had some sort of sandy residue on it (i did tell them about it). also, the food served in the main restaurant was really bad.
